John's next challenge is on Sunday 13th September, and this time he's persuaded Aled to dust off his running shoes and join him. Seemingly one event wasn't masochistic enough so they're now trying their luck in the Southam Triathlon.

Rok gets 11 out of 11 for CEL Group!

Rok won the contract to develop 11 websites for the CEL Group. We have completed seven and are currently working on the eighth which is due for completion at the end of July.

Rok goes green this Christmas

Christmas comes round again Rok has chosen to go green and instead of sending out Christmas Cards will send out an environmentally friendly festive e-flyer. Using the money we would have spent on printing Christmas cards, to plant broad leaf trees in our local environment in Warwickshire.

Run, fat boy, run!

John, one of our illustrious leaders, completed his second 'Two Castle' run and was one of the RECORD number of runners lined up on Sunday 8th June to take part in the annual charity Two Castles run between two of the area's most historic landmarks.
